100% Polypropylene and First Quality Raw Material
Our nonwoven spunbond production is produced using 100% polypropylene and first quality raw materials. Due to our aim to produce quality products for human health and long-term, we produce only 100% polypropylene in a single and standard quality. While performing our Spunbond production in our facilities, the most important issue is to produce products in accordance with the “Edana” standards and the “Oecotex” certificate. Our spunbond production line is produced in SS, SSS, SMMS technologies with widths of 160 cm – 250 cm – 320 cm. Although our production widths are 160 cm – 250 – 320 cm, we can produce in different width combinations. Especially thanks to our SSS production, our product advantage is offered for sectors that require high homogeneity and strength. Our production weight range is between 10 gr/m2 – 160 gr/m2 and we have production in approximately 25 standard color tones. It is available in our special color production in line with the order you will place in sufficient tonnages.
